2. Artworks, Products & Originality

Originality: All paintings and artworks offered on this website are original creations by Anaissanse Art unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our artworks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device display will accurately reflect the true colors of the physical artwork.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit cards).
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully cleared.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Customs & Import Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in their destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

If an artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Anaissanse Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
