Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Anaissanse Art. As an independent art studio, every painting and artwork is created and packaged with the utmost care. We want you to love your artwork, but if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Change of Mind

We accept returns on original artworks under the following conditions:

Return Window: You must contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging. Artworks damaged due to improper return packaging will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take extraordinary care in packaging fragile artworks. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@anaissanse.art.
Attach clear photos of the damaged artwork as well as the exterior packaging and box.
Once verified, we will offer a full refund or arrange a replacement/repair where possible at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom commissioned artworks created specifically for you.
Digital products or downloadable files.
Gift cards or items purchased on clearanced sale.

4. Refunds Process

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@anaissanse.art with your Order Number and the reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation email with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging and mail it using a tracked courier service.
